吸引FDI对我国环境污染影响的实证研究

Empirical Research on the Impact of Attracting FDI on China's Environmental Pollution

论文选取中国30个省市2006-2015年的面板数据,运用面板回归法,实证分析了30个省市以及东中西部区域的外商直接投资(FDI)对环境污染的影响,考察了我国FDI通过规模效应、技术效应、结构效应这3种效应对环境污染的影响。结果显示:吸引FDI对中国的环境污染具有正效应,且规模效应、技术效应和结构效应都为正,但是这3种效应会降低环境污染的速度。基于此,在我国吸引FDI的过程中,论文从优化引资结构和产业结构、提高引资的质量、增加技术投入和加强环境治理等多个角度提出了建议。

This paper selects the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2006 to 2015,and uses the panel regression method to empirically analyze the impact of foreign direct investment(FDI)in 30 provinces and cities and the eastern,central and western regions on environmental pollution,and investigate the impact of China's FDI on environmental pollution through the three effects of scale effect,technology effect and structure effect.The results show that attracting FDI has a positive effect on China's environmental pollution,and the scale effect,technology effect and structure effect are all positive,but these three effects will reduce the speed of environmental pollution.Based on this,in the process of attracting FDI in China,the paper puts forward some suggestions from the perspectives of optimizing the investment structure and industrial structure,improving the quality of investment,increasing technology investment and strengthening environmental governance.
