Research on the Innovation Paths of Enterprise Management Under the Background of the New Normal of Economy

随着我国经济的快速发展和经济全球化进程的加快,我国各领域在市场经济中面临着更大的压力和挑战。如今,在经济新常态背景下,企业在运行和发展中仍然存在很多管理问题需要解决。论文对企业管理中存在的问题进行了论述,包括对创新缺乏重视、缺乏科学的管理制度、缺乏创新型人才以及管理模式单一。为跟上新时代的发展步伐,实现可持续发展,企业必须创新和优化管理手段。基于此,论文提出了企业管理的创新路径,如提高创新意识、制定科学的管理制度、培养人才以及改善管理模式,从而创造更加宽广的发展空间,进一步提升企业的管理水平。

With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of economic globalization,all fields of China are facing greater pressure and challenges in the market economy.Today,under the background of the new normal of economy,there are still many management problems to be solved in the operation and development of enterprises.This paper discusses the problems existing in enterprise management,including lack of attention to innovation,lack of scientific management system,lack of innovative talents and single management mode.In order to keep pace with the development of the new era and realize sustainable development,enterprises must innovate and optimize management means.Based on this,the paper puts forward the innovation paths of enterprise management,such as improving innovation consciousness,formulating scientific management system,cultivating talents and improving management mode,so as to create a broader development space and further improve the management level of the enterprises.
