摘要
近年来,我国房地产业快速发展壮大,在全国范围内新兴楼盘数量大幅增多,物业管理等配套产业随之不断发展完善。现阶段,我国物业管理行业的市场竞争愈发激烈,业主对居住环境及生活品质等提出了更高和更严格的要求,并且业主可以和物业管理企业进行双向选择,各物业管理企业面临较大的经营压力。为促进盈利水平的提升,物业管理企业应加强财务方面的管控,完善相应的管理制度,对经营收入实施科学管理,切实提高管理的效果。论文对收入管理和财务管理进行了简单介绍,探讨了物业管理企业加强收入管理和财务管理的具体策略,以供参考。
In recent years,China's real estate industry has developed and expanded rapidly,the number of new buildings across the country has increased significantly,and supporting industries such as property management have been continuously developed and improved.At this stage,the market competition in China's property management industry is becoming more and more fierce.Owners put forward higher and stricter requirements for living environment and quality of life,and owners can make two-way choices with property management enterprises.Each property management enterprise is facing greater operating pressure.In order to promote the improvement of profitability,property management enterprises should strengthen financial control,improve the corresponding management system,implement scientific management of operating revenue,and effectively improve the effect of management.This paper makes a simple introduction of revenue management and financial management,and discusses the specific strategies of property management enterprises to strengthen revenue management and financial management,for reference.
