国家允许国有企业与其他民营企业通过参股、控股与并购等多种手段发展为混合所有制经济,混合所有制改革可以推动整个社会产业的健康发展。近年来,电力建设行业因竞争激烈而加速部分企业淘汰的进程,电力施工的市场化程度在不断提高,客户要求企业具备高水平的技术能力与优质服务。论文结合国企所有制改革的理论内涵与作用,列举了国企混合所有制改革的重要流程,并根据国企混改的难点进行了国企混合所有制改革的模式探索与效果分析。

The state allows state-owned enterprises and other private enterprises to develop into a mixed ownership economy through multiple means such as equity participation,holdings,mergers and acquisitions,and mixed ownership reform can promote the healthy development of the entire social industry.In recent years,the electric power construction industry has accelerated the elimination of some enterprises due to fierce competition.The marketization of electric power construction is constantly improving.Customers require enterprises to have high-level technical capabilities and high-quality services.This paper combines the theoretical connotation and function of the state-owned enterprise ownership reform,enumerates the important processes of the state-owned enterprise mixed ownership reform,and conducts the mode exploration and effect analysis of the state-owned enterprise mixed ownership reform according to the difficulties of the state-owned enterprise mixed ownership reform.
