摘要
基于科技创新资源配置视角,通过分析黄埔区引进科技创新资源的优势条件,分析广州黄埔区政府主导引进科技创新资源建设新型研发机构发展现状、取得成效及存在问题等,提出进一步优化新型研发机构发展建设的建议。
Based on the perspective of scientific and technological innovation resource allocation,this paper analyzes the advantages of introducing scientific and technological innovation resources in Huangpu District,analyzes the development status,achievements and existing problems of new R&D institutions led by Guangzhou Huangpu District government,and puts forward some suggestions on further optimizing the development and construction of new R&D institutions.
