摘要
本研究筛选出人参中具有表皮损伤修复功效的组分,从细胞及动物水平明确其改善紫外线B(UVB)诱导表皮损伤作用。通过UVB照射24 h,照射剂量为40 mJ/cm^(2)建立表皮细胞损伤模型,实验发现正丁醇层和水层组分能够使该模型中的表皮结构相关蛋白丝聚蛋白和水通道蛋白3表达水平上调;同时,这两个组分可显著降低UVB照射的BALB/c无毛小鼠皮肤经表皮水分流失值、红斑值和黑色素值,同时升高角质层含水量,并且能够上调表皮丝聚蛋白表达。本研究表明,人参中正丁醇层和水层组分可通过调控表皮结构相关蛋白及补水锁水因子的表达改善皮肤生理状况,抑制紫外线对表皮结构的损伤。
The aimof this study was to screen the functional components of Panax ginseng for epidermal damage repair,and to clarify their effects on improving UVB induced epidermal damage at cell and animal levels.In this study,it is determined that the UVB-induced epider-mal cell damage modeling conditions were irradiated for 24 h,and the irradiation dose was 40 mJ/cm^(2).It was found that n-butanol layer and water layer components could up-regulate the expression of filaggrin and aquaporin-3 in the cell model.Furthermore,these two components could significantly reduce transepidermal water loss,erythema and melanin values in the skin of BALB/c hairless mice exposed to UVB radiation,while increase the stratum corneum water content,and can up-regulate the expression of FLG protein.The n-butanol layer and water layer components in ginseng can improve the skin physiological condition by regulating the expression of epidermal structure related protein and moisturizing factor,to inhibit the damage of the epidermal structure caused by ultraviolet radiation.
