鹿羊颗粒对去卵巢大鼠骨密度的影响

摘要 本文研究鹿羊颗粒不同剂量对骨质疏松模型大鼠的骨密度影响。大鼠模型制备后,分为模型组、阳性药组、鹿羊颗粒高剂量组(4.5 g/kg·bw)、鹿羊颗粒中剂量组(3g/kg·bw)和鹿羊颗粒低剂量组(1.5 g/kg·bw),并设假手术组,连续灌胃12周。末次灌胃后检测大鼠左侧股骨重量、骨钙含量和股骨密度,右侧股骨用于骨组织病理学检查,血清用于ELISA检测。12周之后结果显示,低剂量组与模型组相比,骨密度和骨钙含量无显著变化(P>0.05),高剂量组、中剂量组骨密度和骨钙含量均高于模型组(P<0.05),高剂量组的TRAP、BALP和PINP均低于模型组。鹿羊颗粒增加了大鼠骨密度提高了骨钙含量,使骨组织结构完整减轻了骨质疏松的程度。 In this paper,the effects of different doses of deer bone Epimedium granules on the bone mineral density of osteoporosis model r ats were studied.Model rats were prepared and divided into the model group and positive drug groups[Deer bone Epimedium granules high-dose(4.5 g/kg·bw),Deer bone Epimedium granules medium-dose(3 g/kg·bw)and Deer bone Epimedium granules low-dose groups(1.5 g/kg·bw)].Sham-operation rats were prepared as the control group and continuous gavage for twelve weeks.The left femur weight,bone calcium content and femur density were measured after the last intragastric administration.The right femur was used for bone histopathological examination,and the serum was used for ELISA detection.After twelve weeks,the results showed that there was no significant difference in bone mineral density and bone calcium content between the low-dose group and the model group(P>0.05).The bone mineral density and bone calcium content in the high-dose and medium-dose groups were higher than the model group(P<0.05).The TRAP,BALP and PINP in the high-dose groups were lower than the model group.Deer bone Epimedium granules increased the bone density,and increased the content of bone calcium,made the bone structure intact,and reduced the degree of the osteoporosis.
