摘要
为建设世界一流大学一流学科,清华大学转子动力学课题组通过新工科背景下的课程改革实现高等教育适应时代的发展,结合开设多年的转子动力学教学与实践,以国家级精品课程机械原理转子平衡章节为基础,以自行设计转子平衡系列设备为平台,开展面向机械工程实验班的转子平衡原理与工程实践实验课程。其原理实验从理论的角度去验证了课本中的有关知识点,工程实践实验是以理论知识为基础,工程背景为依托的教学实验,起到了拔高的作用,拓展了机械原理的实验教学内容,打通了实验与教学的环节。通过实践,不仅夯实了理论,也增强了实践工程应用的能力,转子平衡实验平台的建设为本科生学习和科研工作打下了坚实的基础。
In order to build a first-class discipline in a world-class university, the Rotor Dynamics Research Group of Tsinghua University realizes the development of higher education through the curriculum reform under the background of new engineering disciplines. Combined with the teaching and practice of the multi-year postgraduate course "Rotor Dynamics", a national quality course is developed based on the rotor balance chapter of "Principles of Machinery". The self-designed rotor balance series equipment is used as a platform, the rotor balance principle and engineering practice experimental courses for mechanical engineering experimental classes are carried out. The experiment verifies the relevant knowledge points in the textbook from a theoretical perspective. The engineering practice experiment is a teaching experiment based on theoretical knowledge and engineering background. The engineering experiment plays a role in enhancing the experimental teaching of mechanical principles. The content has opened up the links of experiment and teaching. Through practice, it not only consolidates the theory, but also enhances the ability of practical engineering application. The construction of the rotor balance experimental platform lays a solid foundation for the future study and scientific research of undergraduates.
