离子色谱法测定降水中有机酸阴离子实验教学探索及实践 被引量:2

摘要 结合新疆乌鲁木齐市区的降水,在本科生实验教学环节中扩充了离子色谱法测定有机酸阴离子的内容,通过对降水中HCOO^(-)和CH_(3)COO^(-)的含量测定,建立了离子色谱法测定降水中HCOO^(-)和CH_(3)COO^(-)的实验方法。该教学实验的设计有助于学生掌握利用离子色谱法测定降水中HCOO^(-)和CH_(3)COO^(-)含量的方法和原理。通过该实验教学设计和实践,加强和提升了学生查阅、学习文献资料并最终设计出实验方案的综合能力,是一次很好的产、学、研相结合的有益尝试。教学实践表明结合具体的离子色谱法探索和实践,学生可更深入地理解和掌握离子色谱法的原理及相关理论知识点,同时也熟练地掌握设备的调试和操作,进一步提升了离子色谱法实验教学的质量和水平。 Combined with the collection of precipitation in Urumqi city of Xinjiang, ion chromatography for the determination of organic anions in precipitation was carried out for the first time in the teaching experiment of undergraduate students, from which an experimental method for the determination of HCOO^(-)and CH_(3)COO^(-)in precipitation by ion chromatography was established. The completion of the teaching experiment design is helpful for students to learn and master the method and principle of determining HCOO^(-)and CH_(3)COO^(-)content in precipitation by ion chromatography, meanwhile the students’ comprehensive ability of consulting, learning and organizing literature and designing experiments was strengthened and improved, which is a good beneficial attempt to combine production, learning and research. The practice teaching effect show that the combination of specific ion chromatography of exploration and practice, the students have a deeper understanding and mastering the principle of ion chromatography and related theoretical knowledge, but also master commissioning and the use of equipment, which the teaching effect is yield twice the results with half the effort and improves the experiment teaching quality and level of ion chromatography further. The development of this teaching experiment work was the practice and innovation of the teaching experiment method and means of instrumental analytical chemistry course, and it was a powerful supplement and strengthening to improve and strengthen the teaching experiment effect and quality of instrumental analytical chemistry course.
