摘要
探索创新人才培养的模式是当前教育改革的迫切要求。为了适应高素质创新型人才培养的需要,践行以"学生为中心"的教学理念,以能源与动力工程专业创新人才培养为目标,规划与建设传热学综合实验教学平台,积极探索实验室开放的模式与考核方式,激发学生的学习热情,培养学生的动手能力和实践能力,培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,训练学生开展科研实验的必备素质。经过4年运行实践和改进,取得了良好的教学效果,学生实践能力和创新意识明显提高。
It is an urgent requirement of current educational reform to explore the mode of cultivating top innovative talents. In order to meet the needs of high-quality innovative talents training, we practice the teaching idea of "students as the center", take training innovative talents as the goal, to construct a comprehensive experimental teaching platform of heat conduction. We also explore the mode of open laboratory and the inspection way to stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm, raise student’s beginning ability and practice ability, cultivate students’ ability to analyze and solve problems, train students to carry out the necessary quality of the scientific experiment. After four years of practice and improvement, good teaching results have been achieved, students’ practical ability and innovation consciousness have been significantly improved. It may provide reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in other science and technology majors.
