煤矸石和褐煤的球磨与制团试验

摘要 本文以煤矸石和褐煤为主要原料,制备用于电弧炉冶炼硅铝铁合金的球团,重点研究了球磨时原料的矿物学特性和球磨时间对物料球磨效果以及球团制备过程中制团压力、黏结剂添加量、配水量对球团性能的影响.研究表明,煤矸石的矿物组成和褐煤的内水含量是影响原料可磨性的主要因素;球磨粉料制备球团的较佳工艺条件为制团压力25 MPa、黏结剂含量10%、配水量10%,制得的球团抗压强度为26.08 MPa,气孔率为16.10%,球团的综合性能可以满足后续电弧炉冶炼的要求. In this paper,coal gangue and lignite were used as the main raw materials to prepare pellets for smelting silicon-aluminum-iron alloy in electric arc furnaces.The experiments focused on mineralogical characteristics of raw materials and the ball milling time on the ball milling performance and the effects of briquetting pressure,binder amount and water content on the properties of pellets in the process of briquetting.The results showed that the mineral composition of gangue and water content of lignite were the main factors for the grindability of raw materials;The better process conditions for preparing pellets with the as-ground powders were as follows:the briquetting pressure was 25 MPa,the binder content was 10%,and the water content was 10%,the compressive strength and porosity of the prepared pellets were 26.08 MPa and 16.10%.As a result,the comprehensive properties of the prepared pellets can meet the requirements of subsequent electric arc furnace smelting.
