摘要
植物源天然产物是可以替代化学合成农药最具潜力的药剂来源。以药源植物华北白前为试验材料,使用溶剂提取法从华北白前地下部分提取分离生物碱成分,并制成乳油和水剂2种制剂,分别配制15mg/L、37.5mg/L、75mg/L、150mg/L、300mg/L等5种浓度,通过叶片浸渍法测定了白前生物碱对蚕豆修尾蚜的毒效。结果表明,白前生物碱乳油和水剂对蚜虫均具有明显的触杀效果,其LC_(50)分别为45.568mg/L、115.586mg/L,制剂浓度在300mg/L时能快速降低蚜虫种群数量,死亡率分别为78.33%、71.67%。
Natural products are the most potential source for replacing chemical synthetic pesticides.In this study,the alkaloids were extracted and separated from the underground part of Cynanchum mogolicum with solvent,and made into 15 mg/L,37.5 mg/L,75 mg/L,150 mg/L and 300 mg/L of emulsifiable concentrates(EC)and aqueous solution(AS)respectively.The toxicity of alkaloids to aphids Megoura japonica(Matsumura)was determined by leaf immersion.The results showed that EC and AS had obvious lethal effect on aphids,and their LC50 were 45.568 mg/L and 115.586 mg/L respectively.The EC and AS at 300 mg/L could cause a large mortality of aphids,and the mortality rates were 78.33%and 71.67%respectively.
