江津富硒茶园土壤硒含量及茶叶品质分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对重庆市江津猫山富硒茶叶生产基地112个土壤样品和5家企业15个绿茶产品进行测定分析,结果表明:江津富硒茶园土壤全硒含量较高,硒平均含量为0.54 mg·kg^(-1),是富硒土壤临界值的1.35倍;5家企业生产的针形名优茶茶叶全硒和有机硒含量均最高,A企业加工的茶叶产品全硒和有机硒含量最高,较E企业分别高0.268mg·kg^(-1)、0.398mg·kg^(-1),且生产的针形名优茶酚氨比最低,表明该企业名优茶的生产加工方式较优。 Based on the analysis and determination of 112 soil samples and 15 green tea products from 5 enterprises in cat montain selenium-rich tea production base,Jiangjin Chongqing,The results showed that,the high total se content in selenium-rich tea garden soil,the average se content was 0.54 mg·kg^(-1),which was 1.35 times of the critical value of se-rich soil,the highest contents of total selenium and organic selenium were in famous needle-type tea produced by 5 enterprises,the highest contents of total selenium and organic selenium were in A enterprise,was 0.268 mg·kg^(-1) and 0.398 mg·kg^(-1)higher than E enterprise,respectively,and the lowest ratio of phenol to ammonia in famous needle-type tea,the enterprise famous tea production and processing mode is superior.
