α-硫辛酸对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验研究日粮中添加α-硫辛酸对海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋后期的生产性能、鸡蛋品质及血清抗氧化功能的影响。选取216只60周龄的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复9只鸡。分别饲喂不同浓度(0、300、500和700 mg/kg)的α-硫辛酸日粮。试验期42 d。结果显示,试验2组和3组蛋鸡的产蛋率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2组和3组蛋鸡的料蛋比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组蛋鸡的蛋黄颜色均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组蛋鸡血清的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2组和3组蛋鸡血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组蛋鸡血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组蛋鸡血清中γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)活性均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验2组和3组蛋鸡血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加α-硫辛酸可以提高蛋鸡机体的健康水平。 The experiment was to investigate the effect of α-lipoic acid on production performance,egg quality and serum antioxidant function in late laying hens.A total of 21660-week-old Hyline brown laying hens were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates in each group and nine hens in each replicate,which were fed with α-lipoic acid diets with different concentrations(0,300,500 and 700 mg/kg).The experiment lasted for 42 d.The results showed that the laying rate of laying hens in experimental group 2 and group 3 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The feed to egg ratio of laying hens in experimental group 2 and group 3 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The yolk color of egg in experimental groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in experimental groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of laying hens in experimental group 2 and group 3 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in experimental groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The activity of γ-glutamyltransferase(GGT)in serum of laying hens in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The alanine aminotransferase(ALT)activity in experimental groups 2 and 3 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding α-lipoic acid in feed can improve the health level of laying hens.
