摘要
试验探讨不同添加水平普利醇(PLC)对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及鸡蛋胆固醇含量的影响。选取75只周龄相同、体重和产蛋率相近的21周龄绿壳蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复5只蛋鸡。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中添加10、30 mg/kg普利醇。预试期7 d,正式试验期56 d。结果表明,30 mg/kg普利醇能够显著降低平均日采食量与料蛋比(P<0.05),10 mg/kg普利醇能够显著提高平均蛋黄重(P<0.05),30 mg/kg普利醇能够显著提高蛋黄比例(P<0.05)。试验28 d,30 mg/kg普利醇显著降低蛋黄胆固醇(P<0.05);试验56 d,30 mg/kg普利醇显著降低蛋黄胆固醇和全蛋胆固醇(P<0.05);整个试验期内,试验组的蛋黄和全蛋胆固醇含量呈下降趋势。研究表明,饲料中添加适量普利醇可以降低蛋鸡的平均日采食量和料蛋比,增加平均蛋重和蛋黄比例,降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量,且对产蛋率、平均日产蛋量无负面影响。
The experiment was to study the effect of different levels of policosanol(PLC)on performance,egg quality and egg cholesterol level of laying hens.A total of 75 healthy green shell laying hens were randomly divided into three groups,with five replicates in each group and five hens in each replicate.The laying hens in control group were fed with basic diet,and group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were respectively fed with basic diet with 10 and 30 mg/kg PLC.The pre-experiment lasted for 7 d,and the formal experiment lasted for 56 d.The results showed that the average daily feed intake and the feed to egg ratio was significantly increased by 30 mg/kg policosanol(P<0.05),the average egg yolk weight was significantly increased by 10 mg/kg policosanol(P<0.05),and the egg yolk proportion was significantly increased by 30 mg/kg policosanol(P<0.05).On the 28 d of experiment,30 mg/kg policosanol significantly reduced cholesterol in yolk(P<0.05).On the 56 d of experiment,30 mg/kg policosanol significantly reduced yolk cholesterol and whole egg cholesterol(P<0.05).From the whole experiment period,the cholesterol content of egg yolk and whole egg in experimental group showed a decreasing trend.The experiment indicates that policosanol can decrease average daily feed intake,feed to egg ratio,increase average egg weight and egg yolk ratio,decrease egg cholesterol content,and has no negative effect on laying rate and average daily egg production of laying hens.
