溶菌酶是动物机体中重要的非特异性免疫因子,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎和免疫调节作用。饲料中添加溶菌酶可以保护动物肠道屏障功能,改善动物肠道健康,从而提高生产性能,增强免疫力。文章综述溶菌酶的生物学作用、对动物肠道屏障的影响及其在动物生产中的应用,以期为溶菌酶在畜牧业中的广泛应用提供参考。

Lysozyme is an important non-specific immune factor in animal’s body,with antibacterial,antiviral,antiinflammatory and immunomodulatory effect.Adding lysozyme in feed can protect animal’s intestinal barrier function and promote animal intestinal health,thereby improving production performance and enhancing immunity.The paper reviews the biological function of lysozyme,the effect of lysozyme on animal’s intestinal barrier and its application in animal production,to provide a reference for the wide application of lysozyme in animal husbandry.
