摘要 我国能源行业发展由清洁高效进入了降碳节能的新阶段,作为清洁、零碳能源的地热能,迎来了空前的发展机遇。目前地热开发过程中井下保温管道运用不规范,甚至不适用,大大浪费了地热资源。为科学、高效、高质量利用地热能,研制地热井用高效保温钢管很有必要。借鉴稠油开采保温管和国外温泉井保温管技术,研制的保温管导热系数<0.02;保温管的抗外挤、抗内压、连接强度等指标可以满足地热中深井开采设计要求。实现自主知识产权和国产化制造,保证了地热能的高效利用,为今后开发超深井和干热岩用隔热钻杆积累了有价值的技术数据。 In order to achieve carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060,the energy industry of China has proceeded to a new stage of carbon reduction and energy saving from clean and efficient energy development.As a clean,zero‑carbon energy source,geothermal energy is facing unprecedented development opportunities.For the scientific,efficient,and high‑quality utilization and development of geothermal energy,it is necessary to develop high‑efficiency insulation steel pipes for geothermal wells.An insulation pipe has been developed with the thermal conductivity less than 0.02,and the high anti‑collapse,high anti‑burst,and connection strength up to the design requirements of medium and deep geothermal wells.The product is of independent intellectual property rights,and can be made locally with cost reduction by more than 30%,and excellent economic benefits.
