国际金融危机以来法国劳工社会抗议事件研究及其对中国社会治理之启示

A Study of Labor Protests in France since the International Financial Crisis and Its Enlightenment to China's Social Governance

党的十九届四中全会重点研究了国家治理体系与治理能力现代化的重大课题。社会抗议事件是剖析一个国家治理问题的重要方面。自2008年国际金融危机以来,国际上劳工社会抗议事件日趋增多。本文选择老牌西方发达国家——法国的劳工社会抗议事件①作为研究对象,总结出法国社会抗议事件可分为“有组织”与“无组织”两类的特征,深入分析引发社会抗议事件的内在原因,并结合中国当前社会治理中的一些问题,提出相关启示与思考。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Party Central Committee focused on the major issue of modernizing the national governance system and governance capacity.Social protest incidents are an important aspect of analyzing a country's governance problems.Since the international financial crisis in 2008,labor social protests have been increasing internationally.Selecting the labor social protests in France,an old western developed country,as the object of analysis,this paper summarizes and compares the"organized"and"unorganized"social protests in France,analyzes the causes of social protests,and puts forward relevant insights and considerations in the light of some current problems of social governance in China.
