中医学通过"气"阐释生命构成,通过"气化"认识生命过程。气化理论是中医学的核心理论之一,它从"物质"到"功能"建构了中医特色的生命观。中医气化理论源起《黄帝内经》。《黄帝内经》从阴阳交感认识气化现象,并从气化视角研究天地自然活动、人体生命活动、脏腑功能以及疾病病理活动。研究《黄帝内经》气化理论,是揭示中医之于"生命、健康、疾病"等重大主题的关键,也是继承和创新中医理论的有效途径。

Traditional Chinese medicine interprets the constitution of life through qi and understands the process of life through qi.The theory of‘qi transformation’is one of the core theories of traditional Chinese medicine.It constructs the life view of traditional Chinese medicine from‘material’to‘function’.The theory of qi transformation in traditional Chinese medicine originated from Huangdi Neijing.Huangdi Neijing discovered the phenomenon of qi transformation from the interaction of yin and yang,and studied the natural activities of heaven and earth,life activities of human body,functions of viscera and pathological activities of diseases from the perspective of qi transformation.To study the theory of‘qi transformation’in Huangdi Neijing is the key to reveal the significance of traditional Chinese medicine to‘life,health,disease’and other major themes.It is also an effective way to inherit and innovate the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
