基于痰毒理论探讨肿瘤发病规律及其病证特点

Discussion on the regularity of tumor occurrence and its characteristics based on sputum toxin theory

痰毒理论认为肿瘤的发病与痰毒密切相关,痰浊结聚,日久酿成毒邪,毒邪又与痰浊胶结,形成痰毒导致肿瘤。痰毒由痰邪结合毒邪发展而来,其致病特点兼具了痰和毒两者特性,痰邪致病,往往迁延难愈;毒邪致病,总是缠绵难解;同时,痰毒又具有转移性强的致病特性,所致肿瘤,往往易转移。文章总结归纳了痰毒理论的基本概念与内容,探讨了痰毒导致肿瘤的发病规律及其病证特点,丰富了肿瘤病因研究的理论基础,提出肿瘤临床治疗辨证施治新思路。

The theory of sputum toxin believes that the incidence of tumors is closely related to sputum poisoning.Phlegm turbidity agglomerates and poisonous evils are formed over time.Poisonous evils and sputum turbidity glue together to form phlegm poisoning and tumors.Its pathogenic characteristics have both the characteristics of sputum and poison.Phlegm evil disease,often protracted difficult to heal;Poison is always entangled and difficult to resolve.At the same time,sputum toxin has strong metastatic disease characteristics.The tumors are often easy to metastasize.The basic concepts and contents of sputum toxin theory are summarized,the incidence of tumors based on sputum toxin theory and its disease characteristics are discussed,which not only enriches the theoretical basis of tumor etiology research,but also put forward new ideas for clinical treatment of tumors based on syndrome differentiation.
