浅谈五脏脉的临床应用

Discussion on clinical application of five viscera pulse-taking

五脏脉依于四时五脏而产生,具体指弦、钩、代、毛、石五脉。文章总结梳理《黄帝内经》和《难经》的五脏脉,临床上基于中医藏象理论,根据五季、五脏脉和外在症状表现之间所对应的五行关系应用五脏脉,可以指导判断五脏病病机,分析病情,确立治法和选用方药,并判断疾病预后等。对于五脏脉的临床应用有待进一步研究,从而形成对五脏脉的系统认识,为推动中医五行五脉辨证进一步发展打下基础。

Five viscera pulse-taking method was born on the basis of the relationship between the four seasons and five viscera in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which in specific are five pulses with the tactus like string,hook,delaying,feather on the water and stone respectively.The development process of five viscera pulse-taking method was collated and major content in the contribution of Huangdi Neijing and Nanjing period was drawn.Clinically based on the theory of viscera state in TCM,apply five viscera pulse method according to the corresponding five-element relationship between the five seasons,the five internal organs and the external symptoms,it can guide the judgment of the pathogenesis of the five organs,analyze the condition,establish treatment and select prescriptions,and determine the prognosis of the disease.The clinical application of five viscera pulse method needs further study,thus forming a systematic understanding of the five internal organs,to lay the foundation for the further development of TCM five elements and viscera pulses syndrome differentiation.
