妇科恶性肿瘤继发淋巴回流障碍发病率逐年升高,由于淋巴管解剖结构及功能破坏,治疗难度极大,已成为困扰恶性肿瘤患者术后康复的主要并发症。王小云教授临证经验丰富,针对本病提倡"五行辨证、多方制之",用药轻灵精练,辨证善抓主要矛盾,内外合治,采用多种综合疗法辨证施治,疗效显著。文章将王小云教授临证心得整理一二,以飨同道。

The incidence rate of lymphatic drainage disorder secondary to gynecological malignant tumorsis increasing year by year.Due to the destruction of anatomical structure and function of lymphatic vessels,the treatment is difficult,and it has become a major complication of postoperative rehabilitation for patients with malignant tumors.Professor WANG Xiao-yun has rich clinical experience.In view of this disease,she advocates’five elements syndrome differentiation and multiple treatments’.The medication is light,flexible and concise.She was good at grasping the main contradictions and treating this disease both inside and outside in syndrome differentiation.She adopts a variety of comprehensive therapies to treat them based on syndrome differentiation.The curative effect is immediate.This paper intends to sort out professor WANG Xiao-yun’s clinical experience for the same purpose.
