婴幼儿中医体质量表的研发思路

Research and development ideas of the body constitution in traditional Chinese medicine questionnaire of infants

婴幼儿期是奠定人一生身心健康的重要阶段。目前,国内所使用的西医测评量表多由国外引进,不能从根本上反映我国婴幼儿的健康特点;诸多学者自主编制的中医婴幼儿相关量表则多针对特定的疾病和证候,缺少对婴幼儿健康和亚健康状态进行测评的方法和工具。婴幼儿体质虽与成人不同,但亦存在先后天因素影响下的体质差异,因此也"有类可分、有体可辨"。文章基于中医体质学理论,提出了文献梳理、专家咨询、家长访谈、临床调查和统计分析相结合的婴幼儿中医体质量表的研发思路,以期为婴幼儿中医保健提供实用工具。

Infancy and early childhood is an important stage to lay the physical and mental health of a person’s life.At present,most of the Western medicine assessment scales used in China are adapted from abroad,which cannot fundamentally reflect the health characteristics of infants and young children in China;the TCM infant-related scales independly compiled by many scholars are mostly aimed at specific diseases and syndromes,lacking of methods and tools for measuring infants and young children’s health and sub-health status.Although children’s constitution is different from that of adults,there are also differences in constitution under the influence of congenital factors,so they are also’classifiable and distinguishable’.Based on the theory of TCM constitution,this paper puts forward the research and development ideas of the body constitution in traditional Chinese medicine questionnaire for infants combined with literature review,expert consultation,parent interviews,clinical investigations and statistical analysis,in order to provide practical tools for infants and young children in Chinese medicine health care.
