中医药调控线粒体自噬防治心血管疾病研究进展

Research progress in the regulation of mitochondrial autophagy with traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases

心血管疾病在世界范围内造成了巨大的医疗和经济负担,有效防治心血管疾病的任务迫在眉睫。心肌细胞的功能与线粒体状态密切相关,因此,清除功能异常的线粒体和用新的线粒体代替之间应该取得良好的平衡,才能最大程度在心血管疾病中保护心肌细胞,维持心功能。线粒体自噬一般认为是心脏保护自身免受不同类型损害的心脏保护机制,然而过度的线粒体自噬又会对心功能造成损伤。中医药调控线粒体自噬是中药及其复方防治缺血性心脏病、心力衰竭、动脉粥样硬化、高血压病等心血管疾病的重要机制之一。文章通过总结近年来中药对线粒体自噬作用的分子通路,以期为心血管疾病的中药研究与临床治疗提供参考。

Cardiovascular diseases have caused huge medical and economic burdens worldwide,and the task of effective prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases is imminent.The function of cardiomyocytes is closely related to the state of mitochondria.Therefore,a good balance should be achieved between removing abnormal mitochondria and replacing them with new mitochondria in order to protect cardiomyocytes and maintain cardiac function to the greatest extent in cardiovascular diseases.Mitophagy is generally considered to be a cardioprotective mechanism by which the heart protects itself from different types of damage.However,excessive mitochondrial autophagy can cause damage to heart function.The regulation of mitochondrial autophagy by traditional Chinese medicine is one of the important mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine and its compound to prevent and treat ischemic heart disease,heart failure,atherosclerosis,hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases.This article summarizes the molecular pathways of traditional Chinese medicine on mitochondrial autophagy in recent years,hoping to provide references for traditional Chinese medicine research and clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
