健康体检者3762名中医体质兼夹规律的回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis on the law of constitution and clip of traditional Chinese medicine in 3762 healthy people

目的:探讨3762名健康体检者的中医体质兼夹分布规律,以期更好地进行体质辨识及治未病。方法:对2018年10月至2019年12月山东中医药大学附属医院治未病中心3762名健康体检者中医体质辨识结果进行回顾性分析,运用Apriori算法对偏颇体质兼夹规律进行关联分析。结果:各类偏颇体质共计2064名(54.86%),远多于平和质(1051名,27.94%)及基本平和质(634名,16.85%)。兼夹体质者共计1810名(48.11%),其中偏颇兼夹倾向体质1502名,占82.98%。2种偏颇体质兼夹中,气虚质关联规则最多,常兼夹阳虚质、气郁质、阴虚质、血瘀质。3种偏颇体质兼夹高支持度关联规则中前3条均含有气虚质-痰湿质的组合。偏颇兼夹倾向体质中,含阳虚质的兼夹体质较多,常兼夹气郁倾向、血瘀倾向、阴虚倾向及特禀倾向。结论:健康体检人群中兼夹体质普遍存在。气虚质-痰湿质是兼夹其他体质的基础组合。

Objective:To explore the composite regulations of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution of 3762 healthy people,in order to better identify constitution and prevent disease.Methods:The physical identification results of 3762 healthy people who underwent physical examination in The Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM from October 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and the Apriori algorithm was used to analyze the correlation between physical fitness and clip law.Results:There were 2064 cases(54.86%)of all kinds of biased constitution,which was much more than that of balanced constitution(1051 cases,27.94%)and basic balanced constitution(634 cases,16.85%).There were 1810 cases(48.11%)of which 82.98%(1502 cases)were biased and inclined.The results of association analysis showed that:among the two biased constitutions,qi-deficiency constitution had the most association rules,and often included yang-deficiency constitution,qistagnation constitution,yin-deficiency constitution and blood-stasis constitution.The first three association rules of the three biased constitutions contain the combination of qi-deficiency and phlegm-dampness.Among the biased and mixed inclined constitutions,the TCM constitution with yang-deficiency constitution was more,often with the tendency of qi-stagnation,blood-stasis constitution,yindeficiency constitution and inherited-special constitution.Conclusion:Physical fitness is common in healthy people.Qi deficiency constitution phlegm-dampness constitution is the basic combination of other composite constitution.
