Medication characteristics of ZHAO Bing-nan in the treatment of erythema nodosum

我国现代中医皮外科创始人赵炳南教授将结节性红斑辨证为湿热下注证、经络阻隔证、气血凝滞证。内服药物以木瓜、防己、厚朴、伸筋草清热祛湿解毒,舒筋通络;以牡丹皮、丹参、红花、三棱、莪术、鬼箭羽、鸡血藤行气活血,化瘀通络。特色外用药物以祛毒药粉清热解毒,除湿消肿;紫草洗方行气活血,化瘀消斑;紫草茸油活血散瘀,软坚;紫色消肿膏活血化瘀,软坚消肿,止痛。文章总结和分析赵教授治疗结节性红斑内服及外用药特点,以传承赵教授治疗本病的学术经验。

Professor ZHAO Bing-nan,founder of dermatology in modern Chinese medicine,identified erythema nodosum as damp-heat downward injection syndrome,meridian obstruction syndrome and qi-blood stagnation syndrome.The internal administration are Chinese Flowering quince,Radix stephaniae tetrandrae,Magnolia officinalis,Herba lycopodii for clearing heat,removing dampness,detoxicating,relaxing tendons and dredging collaterals;while Cortex moutan,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,safflower,Common Burreed,zedoary,Ramulus Euonymi,reticulate millettia are promoting qi and blood circulation,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals.In characteristic external drugs,Antidote Powder is used to clear heat and detoxify,dehumidify and detumescence;Arnebia Euchroma Washing Formula can promote qi and blood circulation,remove blood stasis and eliminate spots;Arnebia Euchroma Antler Oil is used to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,resolving hard lump;Purple Xiaozhong Ointment can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,soften hardness to reduce swelling,relieve pain.This paper summarized and analyzed the characteristics of professor ZHAO in the treatment of erythema nodosum for oral and external use,in order to inherit professor ZHAO’s academic experience in treating this disease.
