李杲辨治小便淋闭思想浅析

Brief analysis of LI Gao’s thought of treating stranguria

李杲对小便淋闭有着系统论述,文章以李杲及其师张元素相关著作为基础,对其辨治小便淋闭经验进行探析。李杲认为,小便淋闭是邪热为病,分上焦气分及下焦血分。治疗上以阳中之阴药清肺渗泄治上焦,以阴中之阴药补水泄热治下焦。组方上重视药物气味、剂量、数量,防止药过病所。创通关丸、清肺饮子等方,并对气血兼病及杂病进行论述。泌尿系感染、肾盂肾炎、肾功能不全等病,均可参考其经验进行治疗。

LI Gao has a systematic discussion on stranguria.Based on the original works and the related discourses of ZHANG Yuan-su,LI Gao’s teacher,this paper explores LI Gao’s experience of treating stranguria.LI Gao believes that this disease is based on heat,and is divided into upper-jiao qi system and lower-jiao blood system.To cure the stranguria,LI Gao use herbs which is yin within yang clearing away the lung-heat and excreting dampness to treat upper-jiao and herbs which is yin within yin tonifying water and clearing heat to treat lower-jiao.He attach importance to the properties,tastes,dose and quantity of the herbs to prevent excessive use of drugs.LI Gao invented Tongguan Pill and Qingfei Decoction,and discussed the disease both in qi and blood.Modern medical diseases,such as urinary tract infection,pyelonephritis,renal insufficiency,can be treat in this way.
