基于中医理论探究银屑病的季节规律性

Exploring the seasonal regularity of psoriasis based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory

银屑病是一种慢性、复发性皮肤病,具有冬重夏轻的季节规律性,西医对本病季节规律的探究尚无定论。中医治疗银屑病历史悠久,对疾病的季节规律有独到认识,文章试从中医理论出发,以天人相应、阴阳消长、气机升降出入等为切入点,分别就从血分论治、从玄府论治、从伏邪论治角度阐释银屑病冬重夏轻的机制,以探究本病季节规律的本质。

Psoriasis is a chronic,recurrent skin disease,characterized by progression in winter and improvement in summer.The reason for the seasonal variation has not been proved by western medicine.The treatment of psoriasis in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history,and TCM has a unique understanding of the seasonal rules of disease.Based on the theory of TCM,’correspondence between human body and natural environment’,’waxing and waning of yin-yang’,’ascending,descending,exiting and entering of qi’,the seasonal variation of psoriasis is explained in this article separately from the treatment of blood tier,sweat pore and hidden pathogen.The purpose is to explore the essence of the seasonal variation.
