清代巴县档案俗语词考释四则

Definitions of Four Colloquial Words in Baxian Archives in Qing Dynasty

巴县档案中保留了较多俗语词,尚未受到足够的重视。由于俗语词的口语性较强,又存在字面普通而义别的现象,阅读巴县档案时容易出现误解,现对巴县档案中的"耳色""赶""透""否"等俗语词进行考释。其中,"耳色"有"耳饰"义;"赶"可释为"派人邀请、催促前往某地";"透"即"用不正当的手段弄走";"否"有"竟然;不料"之义。考释俗语词不仅有利于了解词语的演变过程,也能为巴县档案的进一步研究奠定坚实的基础。

Many colloquial words have been retained in the archives of Baxian,which has not been given due attention.Colloquial words are often spoken words with different meanings,which easily result in misunderstanding when reading Ba County Archives.Now this paper makes an textual research on the colloquial words such as"Er Se","Gan","Tou"and"Fou"in the archives of Baxian."Er Se"has the meaning of"Earrings";"Gan"can be interpreted as"sending someone to invite and urge someone to go to a place";"Tou"means"getting something by improper means";"Fou"means"unexpectedly".Examining and interpreting popular words is not only conducive to understand the evolution process of words,but also lay a solid foundation for the further study of Ba County Archives.
