乡村振兴视域下沧州地区美丽宜居乡村建设的策略

Analysis on the construction strategy of beautiful and livable countryside in Cangzhou from the perspective of Rural Revitalization

根据党的十九大报告提出的乡村振兴要求,沧州市委市政府对沧州地区美丽宜居乡村建设进行了较为完善的规划,各方面都出台了相应的配套措施。经过几年的建设,在生态环境、乡村文明、经济建设、产业发展等方面均取得了一定的成绩。但是,与乡村振兴的标准相比还存在环境污染未得到彻底解决,城乡之间存在较大差距,村庄建设差异明显、多元化不足,产业融合发展机制未完全形成等问题。对标乡村振兴的要求,深入分析问题产生的根源,将内在与外在相结合,自然发展与人文关怀相统一,以产业发展为抓手,以高质量发展为目标,建设具有沧州特色的美丽宜居乡村。

According to the Rural Revitalization requirements put forward in the report of the 19 th national congress,Cangzhou municipal Party committee and government have made a relatively perfect plan for the construction of beautiful and livable villages in Cangzhou,and issued corresponding supporting measures in all aspects.After several years of construction,certain achievements have been made in ecological environment,rural civilization,economic construction and industrial development.However,compared with the Rural Revitalization standard,there is still room for improvement.For example,environmental pollution has not been radically treated,there is still a large gap between urban and rural areas,the difference and diversification of village construction,and the industrial integration development mechanism has not been fully formed.According to the requirements of rural revitalization,the root causes of problems should be deeply analyzed,internal and external factors combined,natural and humanistic care unified,taking industrial development as the starting point and high-quality development as the goal to build a beautiful and livable village with exclusive Cangzhou characteristics.
