智能时代的教师专业发展:挑战与路径 被引量:57

Teacher professional development in the intelligent age:challenges and pathways

摘要 智能时代为教师专业发展提出了新的目标要求,也提供了新的方法手段。智能技术应从基础规律层、环境设备层、创新应用层综合着力,赋能"智能+教师专业发展"。智能时代为教师专业发展实践中长期以来存在的几个现实困境提供了新的解决方案。与此同时,也带来了新的挑战,包括"智能+教师专业发展"目标与内容的新要求、"智能+"专业发展模式设计的新挑战、智能技术与大数据应用的新难题。应对"智能+教师专业发展"的新挑战,需要做到:(1)转变教师培训与研修项目的目标、模式与策略,培养教师核心能力;(2)为教师教育者提供设计理论、方法与工具支持,促进专业发展模式创新;(3)提升教师教育者的信息化教学能力与数据素养;(4)深化教师专业发展规律挖掘的基础研究,加强智能技术工具的教育内涵,强化智能技术在教师专业发展基础规律层的赋能。智能时代教师专业发展变革必将带来教师专业发展的模式转变与范式转变。 The intelligent age sets new goals for,and provides new means of,teacher professional development.Intelligent technology is supposed to enable intelligent teacher professional development through the synergies of its basic attributes,circumstantial equipment and innovative application.On the one hand,intelligent teacher professional development can offer new solutions to some long-existing problems in the field.On the other,it can also bring about new challenges,including new goals and contents,model design,and application of intelligent technology and big data.Proposals to overcome these challenges are discussed.It is suggested that revision be made of the goal,model and strategy of teacher professional development to cultivate core teaching competences and that teachers be provided with relevant design theories,methods and tools to support innovation in professional development model.It is also argued that teacher educators need to enhance their own digital teaching skills and data literacy and that more research is expected to offer insights into teacher professional development in the intelligent age.
