应用型地方高校特色专业教学质量差异分析及优化路径研究

Difference Analysis and Optimization Path Research on Teaching Quality of Characteristic Specialty in Applied Local Colleges

特色专业教师受教育程度、婚姻状况、性别、职称、年龄、教龄等个体特征的不同,导致特色专业教师在教学质量上呈现出较大的个体差异性。这种差异性又影响着地方高校特色专业整体教学质量的提升。本文基于547个特色专业教师的调研数据,采取卡方检验、方差分析等方法,对不同个体特征的特色专业教师的教学质量的6个维度进行对比分析。结果表明:应用型地方高校教学资源积累较多,教学效果相对较好,教研成果相对较多。但是不同性别、不同年龄、不同学历、不同职称、不同教龄的特色专业教师的教学质量均存在一定差异。针对地方高校特色专业教师教学质量的个体差异性,提出提高特色专业教学质量的对策建议。

Due to the differences in education level, marital status, gender, professional title, age, teaching age and other individual characteristics of teachers with characteristics, the teaching quality of characteristic professional teachers presents great individual differences. This difference also affects the overall teaching quality of local colleges and universities. Therefore, based on the survey data of 547 characteristic professional teachers, this paper adopts the methods of chi square test and variance analysis to analyze the six dimensions of teaching quality of teachers with different individual characteristics. The results show that the application-oriented local colleges and universities have more teaching resources, better teaching effect and more teaching and research achievements. However, there are some differences in the teaching quality of teachers with different gender, age, education background, professional title and teaching age. Finally, according to the individual differences of teaching quality of characteristic specialty in local colleges, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the teaching quality of characteristic specialty.
