龙芽草抗氧化及抗炎活性的体外研究 被引量:1

摘要 龙芽草(Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb.)为我国传统中草药,是一种多年生草本植物.该试验采用分光光度法和酶联免疫法,分别测定了龙芽草粉末及水煮液抗氧化及抗炎活性的体外试验指标,包括1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl, DPPH)自由基清除能力、总抗氧化能力和类黄酮的含量,旨在了解其抗氧化及抗炎活性.结果表明,无论是龙芽草粉末或是水煮液,均具有较高的体外DPPH清除能力,当其料液比为1:5的清除率最高(即其水煮液的清除率为94.11%、粉末的为87.23%);随着浓度的降低,其清除率有所下降.在料液比相同的情况下,龙芽草水煮液的DPPH自由基清除力比其粉末强一些.同时,龙芽草有较好较高的总抗氧化能力,且其水煮液的总抗氧化能力比其粉末强.其中,当龙芽草水煮液样品的料液比为1:99时,其总抗氧化能力最高.龙芽草的类黄酮含量丰富(51.53 mg/g),表明其具有较好抗炎活性. Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb is a kind of perennial herb for Chinese traditional herbal medicine. In this study,spectrophotometry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to determine the antioxidant and antiinflammatory activity indexes in vitro, including 1, 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) free radical scavenging capacity, total antioxidant capacity and flavonoid content, aiming to understand its pharmacodynamic components. The results showed that both the powder and the boiled liquid had high DPPH scavenging ability in vitro, and the highest scavenging rate was obtained when the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:5(94.11% for boiled liquid and 87.23% for powder).With the decrease of concentration, the clearance rate decreased. Under the same ratio of solid to liquid, the DPPH free radical scavenging ability of the boiled liquid was stronger than that of the powder. At the same time, the total antioxidant capacity of dragon bud grass was better, and the total antioxidant capacity of its boiling liquid was stronger than that of its powder. The total antioxidant capacity was the highest when the ratio of material to liquid was 1:99. The flavonoid content of B. dragon was rich(51.53 mg/g), indicating that it had good anti-inflammatory activity.
