摘要 东西方的美育思想、国家政策文件和实现美好生活的客观要求为美育教育在高校的实施提供理论和现实依据.高校体育美育教育的内容从身体美、运动美、人文美和精神内涵美4个方面进行,通过在体育课程实践中引导融入、在体育课堂环境陶冶中融入、在体育教学情感激励和情景感染中融入等路径实施. The eastern and western aesthetic education ideas, national policy documents and objective requirements to achieve a better life provide theoretical and practical basis for the implementation of aes-thetic education in colleges and universities. The aesthetic education of physical education in colleges and universities is carried out from four aspects:physical beauty, sports beauty, humanistic beauty and spiritual connotation beauty. It is carried out through guiding and integrating in the practice of physical skills, inte-grating in the cultivation of physical classroom environment, and integrating in the emotional stimulation and scene infection of physical education.
