我国体育志愿服务研究进展、域外经验与未来展望

Research Progress, Overseas Experience and Future Prospect of Voluntary Service for Sports in China

国内学者对体育志愿服务的研究已有近20年的历史,从文献的发文趋势和研究议题的变化来看,可分为萌芽起始阶段、快速发展阶段和稳步发展阶段,研究内容进一步深化,研究议题逐渐拓展.国外体育志愿服务研究热点有:动机、激励与管理研究;组织研究;价值研究;现状研究.与国外相比,国内学者对体育志愿的服务研究较晚,深入剖析国外体育志愿服务研究热点及演变规律,有利于丰富我国体育志愿服务研究内容和研究视角,加快研究内容与国际接轨等具有重要意义.未来我国体育志愿服务研究的基本趋势是:坚持以人为本,聚焦全民健身志愿服务研究;重视政策研究,顶层设计与基层实践相契合;关注法律研究,构建符合中国特色体育志愿服务法律法规体系;加强组织研究,促进体育志愿组织按照正常有序的道路发展.

It has been nearly 20 years since Chinese scholars began to study voluntary service for sports. It can be divided into initial stage, rapid development stage and steady development stage in terms of the trend of literature publication and the changes of research topics, and the research content is further deepened and the research topics are gradually expanded. Foreign research hotspots of voluntary service for sports include research on motivation, inspiration and management;research on organization;research on value and current situation. Chinese scholars’ research on voluntary service for sports is relatively late than that of foreign countries. An in-depth analysis of foreign research hotspots and evolution laws of voluntary service for sports is of great significance to enrich the research content and research perspective of voluntary service for sports in China and speed up the integration of research content with international standards, etc. In the future, the basic trend of research on voluntary service for sports in China is to adhere to peopleoriented principle and focus on the research of volunteer service for national fitness;focus on the policy research to make the top-level design consistent with grass-roots practice;pay attention to legal research to build a laws and regulations system of voluntary service for sports with Chinese characteristics;and strengthen organizational research to promote the normal and orderly development of voluntary sports organizations.
