摘要
"双减"政策背景下,小学体育课时量得到明显增加,对小学体育教学质量的要求也相应提高,这正是弥补之前小学体育教学对德育渗透关注度不足的绝佳时机.文章采用问卷调查、访谈、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法,对广东省某地6所小学体育教学德育渗透情况进行了研究.通过对小学体育教学中德育渗透现状的考察,发现教师对体育课程的德育渗透认知不足,学生对体育教学德育渗透的反馈效果不好,体育教学德育渗透的方法有待完善,体育教师对德育渗透评价不够全面等问题.提出了教学管理层建立德育渗透的相关评价体系,学校通过培训等方式提高小学体育教师德育渗透的能力,学校与教师共同探索立体式的体育德育渗透方法,教师自身提高对德育渗透的重视度和对体育本体德育精神的理解等对策,以期小学体育教学能抓住"双减"的机会,积极进行德育渗透相关举措的探索.
By using the methods of questionnaire, interview, Mathematical Statistics and logical analysis, the penetration of moral education in Physical Education teaching in 6 primary schools in Guangdong Province was studied. Through the management of the infiltration of Primary School Physical Education by the educational management organizations at all levels, primary school physical education teachers on the infiltration of moral education of teaching knowledge,content, methods, feedback, and evaluation of the status quo. It is found that there are some problems such as the lack of cognition, the bad feedback effect, the imperfect method of moral education infiltration, and the incomplete evaluation of moral education infiltration. This paper puts forward some improving strategies, such as improving pe teachers’ cognitive level of moral education infiltration in teaching through training, improving pe teachers’ ability of moral education infiltration in teaching moderately, and exploring the methods of moral education infiltration in three-dimensional pe teaching, it is hoped to be helpful to the infiltration of moral education in Physical Education in primary schools.
