微信主导下的多元化健康教育对产后妇女避孕认知水平及避孕行为的影响

Influence of diversified health education led by WeChat on postpartum women's contraceptive cognition level and contraceptive behavior

目的探讨微信主导下的多元化健康教育在产后妇女避孕管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年7月产后妇女122例,根据时间分为试验组(2019年1~7月,64例)和对照组(2018年5~12月,58例)。对照组给予包括发放教育手册.集中或个体宣教、随访管理等在内的常规避孕教育,试验组联合应用微信主导下的多元化健康教育。随访6个月,比较两组避孕知识,避孕行为,避孕效果。结果试验组产后妇女避孕知识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),口服避孕药,安全期避孕法、节育环,皮下埋植剂.紧急避孕法回答正确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);各种避孕措施依从行为高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非意愿怀孕率、人工流产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信主导下的多元化健康教育有助于提高产后妇女避孕认知水平,促进避孕依从行为的养成,提高避孕效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of diversified health education led by WeChat in postpartum women's contraceptive management.Methods A total of 122 postpartum women were selected from May 2018 to July 2019 and divided into experimental group(from January to July 2019)with 64 cases and control group(from May to December 2018)with 58 cases.The control group received conventional contraceptive education,including education manual,centralized or individual education,follow-up management,etc.,while the experimental group used diversified health education led by WeChat.The two groups were followed up for 6 months to compare contraceptive knowledge,contraceptive behavior and contraceptive effect.Results The contraceptive knowledge score of postpartum women in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significanl(P<0.05).The correct answer rate of oral contraceptive,safe period contraception,birth control ring,subcutaneous implant and emergency contraception in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).The compliance behavior of various contraceptive measures in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of unwanted pregnancy and induced abortion in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The diversified health education under the guidance of WeChat can help to improve contraceptive cognition level in postpartum women's,promote the for mation of contraceptive compliance behavior,then improve contraceptive effect.
