影像组学在胰腺肿瘤中的研究进展

Research progress of radiomics in evaluation of pancreatic tumors

随着影像技术的发展,胰腺肿瘤的检出率逐年提高。相较于传统的影像诊断模式,影像组学能够提取肉眼无法识别的高通量影像特征进行定量分析,目前已逐步运用于胰腺肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断、组织学分级和预后预测等方面。就影像组学在胰腺癌、胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤、胰腺囊性肿瘤中的应用进展予以综述。

With the development of imaging technology,the detection rate of pancreatic tumor is increasing year by year.Compared with traditional image diagnosis mode,radiomics can extract high-through put image features that cannot be recognized by eyes for quantitative analysis.At present,radiomics has been gradually applied in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis,histological grading,and prognostic outcome of pancreatic tumors.In this article,we reviewed the application value of radiomics in evaluation of pancreatic cancer,pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor,and pancreatic cystic neoplasm.
