摘要
现代企业管理中,激励与约束机制是人力资源管理的重要内容,企业所有人力管理措施都是围绕这个机制展开的,这个机制既对企业快速发展起服务保障作用,又对企业高质量发展起积极推动作用。论文围绕着企业激励与约束理论,立足国有企业激励和约束实际,分析当前国有企业管理人员激励与约束机制存在的问题及原因,探索如何建立和完善国有企业管理人员激励与约束机制。
In modern enterprise management,incentive and restraint mechanism is an important part of human resources management.All human management measures of enterprises are carried out around this mechanism.This mechanism not only plays a role of service guarantee for the rapid development of enterprises,but also plays a positive role in promoting the high quality development of enterprises.Focusing on the enterprise incentive and restraint theory and based on the reality of incentive and restraint in state-owned enterprises,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the current incentive and restraint mechanism for managers in state-owned enterprises,and explores how to establish and improve the incentive and restraint mechanism for managers in state-owned enterprises.
