摘要
随着市场经济的发展,企业之间的竞争压力日益增大,人才成为主要竞争内容。作为人力资源管理中的重要组成部分,人才的竞争也是企业人力资源管理水平的竞争。薪酬福利制度是企业人力资源管理过程中的重要模块,健全薪酬福利体系,加强薪酬福利体系建设和优化,一定程度上可以提高员工工作积极性和主动性,对企业吸引人才、使用人才、提升人才以及留住人才有着积极作用。基于此,论文分析企业薪酬福利体系存在的问题,并在此基础上,进一步探究企业薪酬福利体系的优化策略,旨在提供一些有益参考,促进企业的高效发展。
With the development of market economy,the competitive pressure among enterprises is increasing day by day,and talent has become the main content of competition.As an important part of human resources management,talent competition is also the competition of enterprise human resources management level.The compensation and welfare system is an important module in the process of enterprise human resources management.Improving the compensation and welfare system and strengthening the construction and optimization of the compensation and welfare system can improve the enthusiasm and initiative of employees to a certain extent,and play a positive role in attracting,employing,promoting and retaining talents.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the enterprise compensation and welfare system,and on this basis,further explores the optimization strategy of the enterprise compensation and welfare system,aiming to provide some useful references and promote the efficient development of enterprises.
