At present,China is marching towards the second centennial goal of building a powerful socialist modern country in an all-round way.State-owned enterprises are the important material and political basis of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the important pillar and dependent force of the Party's governance and rejuvenation of the country.As an important part of state-owned enterprise management,enterprise culture has a profound impact on the high quality development of the enterprise.This paper firstly analyzes the significance of enterprise cultural construction,then discusses the precautions of cultural construction.Finally,the paper emphatically expounds the corresponding strengthening measures and effects.
