EPC模式最早起源于欧洲的发达国家,其由总承包商承担设计、采购、施工的任务,减轻业主需要签订多份合同的负担,提高施工效率,缩短项目的工期,避免了多个承包商分期施工的不衔接,施工结果更令业主满意,相较于传统的承包模式具有明显优势,广泛应用于化工、电力、道路建设和建筑工程等各个方面。论文主要分析EPC模式给业主带来的风险和应对的策略,使得EPC模式更完善,便于业主防范和规避这种模式带来的风险。

EPC mode originated from developed countries in Europe.The general contractor undertakes the tasks of design,procurement and construction,so as to reduce the burden of signing multiple contracts for the owner,improve the construction efficiency,shorten the project period,and avoid the disjointed construction by multiple contractors in stages.The construction results are more satisfactory to the owner,which has obvious advantages compared with the traditional contracting mode.It is widely used in chemical industry,electric power,road construction and construction engineering.This paper mainly analyzes the risks brought by EPC mode to the owners and countermeasures,so as to make EPC mode more perfect and facilitate the owners to prevent and avoid the risks brought by this mode.
