从心理资本角度研究如何提升企业新生代员工工作绩效——以组织信任为中介 被引量:3

Research on How to Improve the Work Performance of New Generation Employees in Enterprises from the Perspective of Psychological Capital--Taking the Organizational Trust as an Intermediary

摘要 基于社会认知理论,论文以248名新生代员工为研究对象,探讨了新生代员工心理资本与工作绩效的关系,同时检验了组织信任的中介效应。研究结果表明,新生代员工心理资本与工作绩效呈显著正相关关系;组织信任在新生代员工心理资本与工作绩效的关系中起到了部分中介作用。论文就如何提升新生代员工工作绩效提出了理论和实践建议。 Based on social cognitive theory,this paper takes 248 new generation employees as the research object,discusses the relationship between psychological capital and work performance of new generation employees,and tests the intermediary effect of organizational trust.The results of the study show that there is a significant positive relationship between psychological capital and job performance of new generation employees,and organizational trust plays a part of the intermediary role in the relationship between psychological capital and work performance of new generation of employees.This paper puts forward theoretical and practical suggestions on how to improve the work performance of the new generation employees.
