摘要 BIM技术在现代社会中得到了广泛应用,使建筑工程量计算工作实现了创新和优化。BIM技术能够应用在工程的各个环节,如项目规划、工程施工等。应用BIM技术能够针对建筑工程建立精准的三维模型,并且能够使管理工作更加精细化,大幅降低管理成本。因此,施工企业需要对工程量计算模式进行优化,并且将BIM技术与工程算量工作相结合,由此提升工程招标质量及工程施工效率。论文对BIM技术在工程算量中的实际应用进行探究与分析,以期为我国工程算量工作的优化提供参考。 BIM technology has been widely used in modern society,which makes the calculation work of building engineering quantity innovative and optimized.BIM technology can be applied to all aspects of the engineering,such as project planning,engineering construction,etc.The application of BIM technology can establish an accurate three-dimensional model for the building engineering,refine the management work and greatly reduce the management cost.Therefore,construction enterprises need to optimize the calculation mode of engineering quantity and combine BIM technology with engineering quantity calculation work,so as to improve the quality of engineering bidding and engineering construction efficiency.This paper explores and analyzes the practical application of BIM technology in engineering quantity calculation,so as to provide a reference for the optimization of engineering quantity calculation work in China.
