新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情常态防控形势下对急诊就诊流程改进的评估分析

Evaluation and analysis of the improvement of emergency treatment process under the situation of normalized epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情常态化形势下优化急诊就医流程改进的意义,为有效防控院内感染提供依据。方法设计调查问卷,内容包括COVID-19疫情防控知识和就诊流程的满意度等,应用方便抽样方法,分别对92名急诊医护人员和240名患者进行调查,并比较医务人员和患者之间的区别。结果医护人员和患者对COVID-19都非常关注,分数分别为4.43±0.49和4.33±0.47(P=0.081);医护人员和患者对COVID-19均有较高的防控意识,但医护人员分数明显优于患者(P=0.001);医务人员和患者均认识到接种疫苗的重要性,比较无统计学差异(P=0.798);医护人员和患者都对改进后的急诊就医流程有较高的满意度,均认为能够有效预防院内感染;医护人员和患者均认为随着疫情好转患者配合度会下降(P=0.199)。结论COVID-19疫情常态化防控形势下改进的急诊就诊流程能够较好地预防院内感染,医护人员和患者都有较高的满意度,但随着疫情的好转患者配合度可能下降,接种疫苗是预防COVID-19的有效手段。

Objective To explore the significance of optimizing the emergency treatment process under Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic situation,and provide evidence for effective prevention and control of nosocomial infection.Methods A questionnaire was designed,including COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control knowledge and satisfaction with the treatment process.Using the convenient sampling method,92 emergency medical staff and 240 patients were investigated respectively,and the differences between medical staff and patients were compared.Results Both medical staff and patients are very concerned about COVID-19,with scores of 4.43±0.49 and 4.33±0.47(P=0.081)respectively;Both medical staff and patients have high knowledge of COVID-19 prevention and control,but the scores of medical staff are significantly better than those of patients(P=0.001);Both medical staff and patients recognized the importance of vaccination,but there was no significant difference(P=0.798);Both medical staff and patients have good satisfaction with the optimized emergency medical care process,and both believe the emergency treatment process can effectively prevent nosocomial infection;Both the medical staff and the patients thought that the coordination degree of the patients would decrease with the improvement of the epidemic situation(P=0.199).Conclusion The optimized emergency treatment process can better prevent nosocomial infection under the COVID-19 situation,and both the medical staff and patients have better satisfaction,but with the improvement of the COVID-19 situation,the patients′cooperation may decline,Vaccination is an effective way to prevent COVID-19.
