Evaluation of the effect of new coronavirus pneumonia on improving emergency response ability of emergency reserve team members

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情来临时进行突击强化培训与演练在提高医院应急储备库队员应急能力中的效果。方法对抽调的300名应急储备人员进行应急能力培训和演练,强化学习,比较前后3次的应急能力调查问卷测试得分、应急理论及技能考试得分、对突发事件大型演练应急准备SOP评价标准指标评分。结果抽调的300名应急储备人员在培训前摸底、培训后、强化学习后进入实战前的3次应急能力调查问卷得分分别为(146.70±37.89)、(169.18±34.25)、(174.76±30.52),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)、应急理论得分、应急技能得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),突发事件应急准备SOP评价标准9项中评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论加强疫情前突击培训,强化学习相关知识和技能,应急储备库队员应急理论、技能培训及场景演练,能显著提高应急储备队员的应急能力。

Objective To explore the effect of intensive training in hospital emergency response to COVID-19.Methods 300 emergency reserve personnel were trained and exercised in emergency capacity,and the study was strengthened.The scores of questionnaire test,emergency theory and skills test,and SOP evaluation standard index of emergency preparation for large-scale emergency drill were compared before and after three times.Results The scores of 300 emergency reserve personnel were(146.70±7.89),(169.18±34.25)and(174.76±30.52)respectively before the training,after the training and after the intensive learning.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01),the scores of emergency theory and emergency skills were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01),there was significant difference in the scores of 9 items of SOP evaluation criteria for emergency preparedness(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The emergency response ability of emergency reserve team members can be significantly improved by strengthening pre epidemic shock training,learning relevant knowledge and skills,emergency theory,skill training and scene drill.
