关注新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下儿童的情绪状态

Caring children's emotional status under epidemic situation of novel coronavirus pneumonia

目的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情作为一种突然发生的公共卫生事件,对于每个人来说都是一个强应激,在此情况下需要关注儿童的情绪状态。方法综合面对突发事件儿童正常的情绪反应,分析讨论疫情下处于不同状态下的儿童的情绪反应和行为,分别进行分析和建议。结果针对儿童和亲密家庭成员是否有病毒感染、疑似、并存基础疾病等情况将儿童分三类,分别分析并给予心理干预建议,特别要关注儿童情绪反应中的分离焦虑和恐惧情绪。结论应关注疫情状态下儿童的情绪状态,并给予合适的心理干预建议。

Objective The outbreak of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a sudden public health event,which is a strong stress for everyone.There is lack of advice to deal with psychological problems in children under the epidemic situation of COVID-19.Methods We analyzed and discussed the emotional response and behavior of children under the epidemic situation,and made suggestions.Results According to the characteristics of children′s mood and behavior change in face of emergencies,the coping strategies were formulated for children of three types divided in view of whether children and intimate family members having viral infection,suspected and co-existing underlying diseases.Special attention should be paid to the separation of anxiety and fear in children′s emotional response.Conclusion We should focus on the emotional state of children in epidemic situation,and give appropriate psychological intervention suggestions.
