摘要
目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(acute exacerbations of COPD,AECOPD)患者N端前B型钠尿肽(N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide,NT-pro BNP)与外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophils,EOS)百分数的相关性。方法选取2016年10月-2019年10月苏州大学附属张家港医院收治的86例AECOPD的患者作为观察组,同时选取50例健康志愿者作为对照组。检测观察组与对照组NT-pro BNP、EOS百分数,同时对观察组患者的炎症指标进行检测。对比两组患者的NT-pro BNP、EOS百分数指标。比较观察组患者的NT pro BNP、EOS百分数与炎症指标的关系及它们之间的相关性。结果AECOPD患者的NT-pro BNP与EOS百分数明显高于健康人群(P<0.05)。在AECOPD患者中,高水平的NT-pro BNP与EOS百分数的患者的炎症指标明显高于低水平的NT-pro BNP与EOS百分数的患者(P<0.05)。相关分析显示,观察组患者的NT pro BNP与外周血EOS百分数呈正相关(r=0.452,P<0.05),对照组患者的NT-pro BNP与外周血EOS百分数无明显相关(r=0.211,P>0.05)。结论AECOPD患者NT-pro BNP与外周血EOS百分数显著相关。
Objective To explore the correlation between NT-pro BNP and the percentage of EOS in peripheral blood in AECOPD patients.Methods A total of 86 patients with AECOPD admitted to The Affiliated ZhangJiagang Hospital of Scochow Universtity from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The NT-pro BNP and EOS percentages of the observation group and the control group were detected,and the inflammatory indexes of the observation group were detected at the same time.Compare the NT-pro BNP and EOS percentage indicators of the two groups of patients.Compare the relationship between NT-pro BNP,EOS percentages and inflammation indicators in the observation group and their correlation.Results The percentages of NT-pro BNP and EOS of AECOPD patients were significantly higher than those of healthy people(P<0.05).In AECOPD patients,the inflammation indicators of patients with high levels of NT-pro BNP and EOS percentages were significantly higher than those of patients with low levels of NT-pro BNP and EOS percentages(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the NT-pro BNP of the observation group was positively correlated with the peripheral blood EOS percentage(r=0.452,P<0.05),while the control group′s NT-pro BNP was not significantly correlated with the peripheral blood EOS percentage(r=0.211,P>0.05).Conclusion NT-pro BNP of AECOPD patients is significantly correlated with the percentage of EOS in peripheral blood.
