基于虚拟现实技术的工业CT三维图像处理与展示方法 被引量:2

Industrial CT 3D Image Processing and Display Method Based on Virtual Reality Technology

摘要 为了提高光学精密仪器工业CT三维图像的展示和识别能力,提出基于虚拟现实技术的工业CT三维图像处理与展示方法。采用模糊数据多频谱采集方法进行光学精密仪器工业CT三维图像采集,对采集的图像采用SURF特征点聚类和多传感识别方法进行多模状态分层特征点标定,采用虚拟现实的三维视觉融合展示方法提取光学精密仪器工业CT三维动态特征量,根据对工业CT三维图像的图层分层优化管理方法,实现对光学精密仪器工业CT三维信息融合和边界轮廓特征点标定,采用图像分割和边缘信息增强方法,提高光学精密仪器工业CT三维图像的分辨能力,结合角点优化检测,实现工业CT三维图像的信息增和虚拟成像展示处理。测试结果表明,采用该方法进行工业CT三维图像处理的输出峰值信噪比较高,虚拟展示能力较强,提高了工业CT三维图像的虚拟现实成像的逼真度。 In order to improve the display and recognition ability of industrial CT three-dimensional images of optical precision instruments,a method of industrial CT three-dimensional image processing and display based on virtual reality technology is proposed.Adopt fuzzy data multispectral acquisition method to collect 3d images of optical precision instrument industry CT,adopt SURF feature point clustering and multi-sensor identification method to calibrate multi-mode state layered feature points of collected images,adopt virtual reality 3d vision fusion display method to extract 3d dynamic feature quantities of optical precision instrument industry CT,To realize the 3D information fusion and boundary contour feature point calibration of optical precision instrument industry CT,image segmentation and edge information enhancement methods are adopted to improve the resolution ability of optical precision instrument industry CT 3D images,and combined with corner optimization detection,the information enhancement and virtual imaging display processing of industrial CT 3D images are realized.The test results show that the output peak signal-to-noise ratio of industrial CT 3D image processing is high and the virtual display ability is strong,which improves the fidelity of virtual reality imaging of industrial CT 3D image.
