换流站机器人全覆盖巡检可视化管理系统设计 被引量:2

Design of a visualized management system for full coverage inspection of robots in converter stations

摘要 传统智能机器人未能较好实现换流站巡检可视化管理,结合换流站巡检业务特点和智能机器人技术,对换流站机器人全覆盖巡检可视化管理系统进行设计,提出了基于智能机器人与三维建模技术的换流站全覆盖巡检可视化系统。首先,分析了换流站巡检业务特点、智能机器人软件系统及导航定位数学模型;然后,提出了由智能机器人巡检功能系统、三维建模平台系统组成的换流站机器人全覆盖巡检可视化管理系统总体架构,设计了智能机器人巡检功能系统,设计了基于BIM技术的换流站三维模型系统,形成换流站机器人全覆盖巡检可视化管理系统。通过该系统的部署,提升了设备巡视效率,提升了设备巡视准确率,降低了运维人员巡视工作量。 Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional intelligent robots that fail to realize visualized management,this paper combines the characteristics of converter station inspection business and intelligent robot technology to design a full-coverage inspection visual management system for converter station robots,and proposes a system based on intelligent robot and 3D modeling Technical converter station full coverage inspection visualization system.Firstly,it analyzes the characteristics of the converter station inspection business,the intelligent robot software system and the mathematical model of navigation and positioning;then,it proposes a full coverage inspection visualization of the converter station robot composed of an intelligent robot inspection function system and a three-dimensional modeling platform system.The overall architecture of the management system,the design of an intelligent robot inspection function system,and a three-dimensional model system of the converter station based on BIM technology.A visualized management system for full coverage inspection of the converter station robot is formed.Through the deployment of this system,the efficiency of equipment inspections is improved,the accuracy of equipment inspections is improved,and the inspection workload of operation and maintenance personnel is reduced.
